Local newspaper highlights JESS charity work

Our student's charity efforts have recently been highlighted in the local press. The 7Days newspaper published a full-page article on our Year 10 students who have raised money to put together ‘care packs’ for labourers in Ajman.
They raised more than dhs10,000 by participating in a 10km sponsored walk in the summer heat. With that money they then went to the supermarket and bought enough supplies to assemble 70 ‘care packs’, which will now be taken by sixth-form students to the camps. For the full article, please see
