Effort Cup – Years 3 and 4
3B Camillo De Gregorio

Camillo has made a noticeable effort this half term to take responsibility not only for his learning but also adopt a more positive and mature attitude to friends and school life. Camillo has grown over the last few weeks into a reliable individual who can be counted upon to make the right choices and show a respectful attitude to those around him. His level of commitment to his learning has evolved and he takes pride in his learning striving to do his very best in all that he does. He thoroughly enjoys the challenges that face him and participates with others well and is truly now a team player, worthy of the Effort Cup. Congratulations Camillo, a wonderful way to end the first term in Year 3. Long may it continue!

Effort Cup – Years 5 and 6
6Y Matthew Wane

Over the course of the term, Matthew has demonstrated an exceptional level of commitment and consistent dedication to his learning. He is a perfect role model for is peers, working diligently, independently and reflectively at all times. His supporting nature during group work generates the respect he deserves from his peers. In addition to this his exceptional manners and courteous behaviour make him a pleasure to teach. Matthew is a deserving recipient of this award who I know will continue to flourish during the year. Well done Matthew.
