If, in the unlikely event of an unexpected school closure JESS would contact parents via SMS, it is essential that we hold current contact details for parents. Please note that our system only allows text messages to be sent to mobile phones using the Etisalat service.

This SMS would be followed by a call or message from the class liaison person.  This person is a volunteer parent who holds all parent contact details for that class and is a quick and effective way of communicating during unexpected circumstances.
