Whilst our mission and vision statements point to a better future for our students, it is highly valuable to consider the opinions and guidance that external inspectors can offer to schools.

Over the past year we have undergone inspections from two official bodies; one was carried out by the Dubai Schools' Inspection Bureau (DSIB), the outcomes of which can be accessed at the bottom of this page.

In addition, JESS Jumeirah and JESS Arabian Ranches were both recently inspected by the British Schools Overseas (BSO) for the first time; the reports from these inspections can be accessed at the bottom of this page.

The Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) is carried out every three years. It aims to evaluate education systems worldwide by testing the skills and knowledge of 15-year-old students. PISA develops tests which are not directly linked to the school curriculum. The tests are designed to assess to what extent students at the end of compulsory education, can apply their knowledge to real-life situations and be equipped for full participation in society. Since 2000, PISA has been conducted every 3 years, assessing reading, mathematical and scientific literacy. PISA 2015 was the sixth cycle of PISA. Around 510,000 students in 68 economies took part representing about 28 million 15 year olds globally.

Our results from the most recent PISA testing placed us within the top ten schools in the UAE, for which we received an award from the Supreme Council of Education and Human Resources. The full report can be viewed in the download below.
