INSTRUCTIONS
JESS after-school clubs are available to pupils in Key Stage Two, i.e. Years 3 to 6.
Below is a summary of the CAS (Creativity, Action and Service) programme available for next term. Please note that changes have been made to the summary provided at the beginning of this term. Children are allowed to choose 2 clubs next term as well as any ‘additional’ clubs (see below).
Please sign up by logging in below.
You should enter your child’s name, class, e-mail address, mobile number, and select 1st, 2nd, and if your child has one, 3rd choice of preferred clubs. You will then be sent by e-mail an acknowledgement, followed by a summary of your choices. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR CHILD A PLACE IN THE CHOSEN CLUBS, IT SIMPLY INDICATES YOUR CHOICES; NOTIFICATION OF CLUB PLACEMENTS WILL BE E-MAILED BY THE END OF THIS TERM.
The e-mail address you provide online will be used to inform you of your child’s club placement(s). The telephone number you provide online will be used for sending an SMS in the event of club cancellation. REMINDER: our SMS system does not support Du numbers (055). Please therefore inform the school office of any changes to the mobile number/e-mail address provided online.
We will endeavour, of course, to allocate children 2 of their preferred clubs; however, please be aware that this is not always possible due to restrictions in numbers for some of the clubs. Please deliberate carefully as it can be very difficult to make alterations at a later date.

| You do not need to sign up online for ‘selected’ clubs; they are printed on the schedule for your information only. The staff operating these activities will organise this separately. |
Ø Notification of club placements will be by e-mail by the end of this term
Ø Clubs will commence on Sunday, 15th January 2012.
Ø Clubs will run for 8 sessions in Term 2 (unless otherwise stated).
Clubs commence at 2.30 pm and finish at 3.30 pm (unless otherwise stated). Children should be collected from the club location. Any child not collected on time from clubs at JESS will be taken to the administration block.
