Year Three

The following information is specific for this year group and is applicable to parents of children who are new to JESS or simply moving up to the next year group. Either of these is a big step and our aim is to ensure that as a parent you have all the information you need and as a school we have all the necessary paperwork completed and received in time for us to prepare for your child.

On the first day
To make this go smoothly, please provide your child with a snack box with enough food for two healthy snacks. They should also bring a PE kit, swimming costume, flip flops/crocs, and towel.

Please escort your child to the classroom door in the morning, if you are unsure of the location of your classroom please proceed to the school office or refer to the site map below.

New Parents Only

Medical Declaration
This declaration is to assist our medical staff to prepare for your child joining us it not only gives us vital information about your child's medical history but also gives our medical staff parental consent in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Introduction Booklet
As this is the first time for your child at JESS we feel to help them settle into school life it is important that we know as much about them as possible. Therefore, if you could ask your child to complete this introduction booklet and return it to JESS before they join us it would be helpful.

Existing Parents

Parental Consent for Internet Use (Key Stage Two)
All children in Key Stage Two are given more access to the internet. Whilst this remains supervised we require your permission as a parent. If your child is moving up to Year 3 or is new to JESS in years 3,4,5 or 6, please return a signed copy of this agreement to school prior to, or on the first day of the new academic year.

General Information
The following documents are for your information and relate to the school calendar, School fees and Uniform. No information is included about our bus service, as we are no longer able to offer this service to Key Stage Two Primary pupils.
