All children at JESS in Jumeirah have a guaranteed place in our Year 7, located at Arabian Ranches, upon completion of Year 6.

A place will be guaranteed until a specified date in the Spring Term of the Year 6 Academic Year prior to entry into Year 7.  At this point parents will be requested to confirm places by payment of a Dhs.500 deposit.  Parents who do not confirm risk the guaranteed place being withdrawn.  Parents will receive specific details during the Autumn Term.

If, after paying the deposit, parents choose not to take the place, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Debentures

Effective 1 October 2011 the cost of a personal debenture is the same at each school.  Prior to this the cost was different,  in which case parents will either be invoiced for an additional amount or required to purchase a new personal debenture at Arabian Ranches dependent upon their debenture status at Jumeirah.

If your child is using a corporate debenture at Jumeirah and one is not available at Arabian Ranches parents will be required to pay the appropriate personal debenture fee. Due to the different monetary values corporate debentures are not transferable.
