In recognition of the Sixth Former’s growing maturity and independence the JESS dress code is based upon business principles. A business dress code will promote fairness and equality for both boys and girls in the Sixth Form as well as giving them a more adult image. Additionally we believe the dress code strikes a balance between some degree of individuality whilst recognising the importance of setting an example to the younger members of the school community, parents and visitors to the school. Students are expected to appear neat and clean at all times.

For formal occasions students are able to wear a suit if they wish. Boys should purchase a JESS Sixth Form tie, available to buy at the school for AED 85.
