Maryam is our youngest face of tomorrow. She is an Emirati student who is just starting Year 3 and is already a budding mathematician with aspirations to be the next central banker. Will she be working with Blockchain technology by then – we suspect so!
When she’s not in the classroom you can find Maryam in the gym practising her martial arts moves.
I joined JESS in Foundation Stage 1 and I am now starting my fifth year here. We are a large family consisting of my Parents and seven children. Currently, six of us attend JESS and next year we will all be at JESS.
Mathematics for sure, I love doing all the math’s challenges, especially on the interactive whiteboard.
Going on all the school trips and playing with my friends. I have been on all school trips since I joined JESS. Some of my favourites have been the trips to the Dubai Aquarium, the Dubai parks, the mosque, the theatre and Greenheart Farm.
Yes, this year I took part in the Arabic Iqraa Challenge through the JESS Arabic Department which was fun.
After I leave JESS, I would like to attend university in London in the UK.
I plan to be the Central Bank Governor for the UAE. I love everything to do with Maths.
It is an amazing school with great teachers. It is so easy to make friends and everyone is so nice and helpful.
